This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for bookings made through the Group Tour platform, owned and operated by Occudiz Tech Pvt Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
1. Platform Role
Group Tour is a platform that connects travelers with verified travel agencies. All packages, pricing, itineraries, and cancellations are managed by the respective travel agency. We act only as a technology provider to facilitate communication, booking, and payment between users and agencies.
2. Cancellation Requests
- All cancellation and refund requests must be made directly with the travel agency through which the booking was made.
- Each agency sets its own cancellation deadlines, refund percentages, and non‑refundable charges as per its policy.
- Group Tour does not modify or override agency‑specific refund rules.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are subject to the terms of the travel agency offering the package.
- If an agency confirms eligibility for a refund, the amount will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund timelines may vary based on payment provider processing times (usually 7–14 business days).
4. Non‑Refundable Situations
- Bookings canceled after the cut‑off period defined by the travel agency.
- Partial attendance, no‑shows, or last‑minute cancellations.
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions.
- Service dissatisfaction due to reasons beyond the agency’s control (e.g., weather, traffic, local conditions).
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued only through the same payment method used for booking (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card, wallet). Cash refunds are not supported.
6. Processing Time
Once the travel agency approves a refund, we initiate the transaction within 3–5 business days. The final reflection in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
7. Platform Fees
In some cases, a minimal payment gateway or processing fee may be deducted depending on the policy of the respective payment provider. Group Tour does not charge additional refund fees.
8. Dispute Resolution
- If you face issues with refund processing, please contact the respective agency first.
- If the agency fails to respond within 10 business days, you may escalate the issue to support@grouptour.app with proof of communication.
- Group Tour will mediate but cannot guarantee outcomes since services are provided by third‑party agencies.
9. Policy Updates
Occudiz Tech Pvt Ltd reserves the right to update this Refund Policy periodically to reflect changes in business practices or regulations. Continued use of Group Tour after updates implies acceptance of the revised policy.
